Each registered sample receives a permanent Fusinite ID (AASS…). Registration is free —
you enter your data, and the simulation runs once the essentials are complete.
1 Essential information
These four items are required before any simulation can run. Feedstock and
temperature must be typed here by you — they cannot be taken from uploaded reports.
Temperature-based estimates are supported between 500–850 °C.
† At least one of Total C or Corg is required. Provide both if you have them.
2 Upload your lab reports (optional)
Upload whatever you already have — CSV, TSV, Excel, or a text-based PDF. We read the
file, find the values that match our database, and show you what we found so you can confirm it. Nothing from a
file is used in a calculation until you approve it.

CSV, TSV, TXT, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, PDF · up to 8 MB each
3 Confirm what we found
Each row is a value we located in your files, with exactly where it came from.
Confirm the ones that are right, correct anything we read wrongly, and reject what does not belong to this sample.
4 Additional measurements (optional — the more you provide, the less is modelled)
If you provide Mean Ro from a reflectance study, please also provide FRo>2.
5 Simulate
The Fusinite engine fills in what can be scientifically derived from your data.
Every value is labelled: Provided (yours), Exact (calculated directly), Converted
(empirical rule), or Modelled (statistical estimate with uncertainty). What cannot be honestly
estimated is shown as not available.
Modelled values carry a 90% interval and a confidence label. They are planning
estimates, not laboratory measurements. Yield is predicted in Fusinite Optimizer, not here.
