2 Purchase Your Sample Analysis

We offer two distinct checkout pathways depending on whether you require our standardized benchmark test or a customized, fully configurable package. Select your path below:

Standard Route

Inertinite Benchmark Method (IBRo2)

The standard, direct checkout pathway for analyzing biochar random reflectance. Best for standard carbon certification.

  • Select your service on the Benchmark Product Page.
  • Increase the cart quantity to match the exact number of physical samples you plan to send.
  • Proceed through checkout to receive your order invoice and unique Sample ID(s).
Configurable Route

Custom Fusinite Analytical Package

A flexible, tailor-made pathway allowing you to configure specific secondary analysis services (such as elemental or pyrolysis parameters).

  • Open the Fusinite Analytical Package Configurator.
  • Step 1: Keep "Fusinite Sample Registration – Sample ID" checked. (This generates the tracking code).
  • Step 2: Check the individual custom services you need under the configuration box.
  • Step 3: Click the black "Add to Cart" button inside the package box. (Do not use the green button at the top).
  • To submit more than one custom sample, repeat this configuration process for each batch.
  • Note for all orders: After payment, you will receive an automatic email detailing your exact Sample ID(s) (formatted as AAxxxxxx).
  • Shipping Selection:
    - To use our corporate courier rates, select shipping at checkout to get pre-paid DHL labels.
    - To arrange your own delivery, apply code ishiptofusinite at checkout to remove shipping fees.

3 Prepare and Ship Your Sample

To protect physical sample integrity, prevent cross-contamination, and avoid customs delays, you must strictly identify your shipping stream and package according to the target destination parameters.

Mandatory: Do not ship physical samples before Fusinite officially provides your verified Sample IDs and confirms destination laboratories. Unconfirmed shipments are subject to holding, customs rejection, or rejection upon receipt.

Step 3A: Identify Your Shipping Route

Route A

Inertinite Benchmarking (AA Series)

Sample ID prefix: AA-XXXXX
Sample weight: Exactly 200g of representative bulk biochar per sample.

Route B

Comprehensive Analytical Packages (AARR Series)

Sample ID prefix: AARR-XXXXX
Sample weight: Variable weight based on custom package selection (see look-up table below).

🌍 Secure Global Laboratory Network

To optimize shipping times, reduce border processing friction, and protect the operational capacity of our testing facilities, Fusinite operates a secure, geographically distributed network of partner laboratories. When your order is confirmed, our automated routing engine assigns the optimal certified facility based on your site's physical location, local import rules, and requested testing parameters. Your customized, pre-filled shipping documents, customs commercial invoice templates, and non-hazardous declarations containing your assigned laboratory destination will be delivered straight to your email.

Custom AARR Weights Lookup Matrix

For Route B (AARR Series), you must calculate the total minimum required mass per sample based on the specific analysis sub-packages checked in your configurator:

Package Service Name & Scope Min. Required Mass
Package A Random Reflectance (Inertinite Sequestration Sealing) 100 g
Package B Biochar Physicochemical Properties (Ultimate/Proximate Analysis) 350 g
Package C Heavy Metals Screening (Trace Contaminants Clearance) 100 g
Package D Nutrient Content (Agronomic Performance Evaluation) 100 g
Package E PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon compliance testing) 150 g
Package F PCB (Polychlorinated biphenyl congeners target screen) 150 g
Package G PCDD/F (Dioxins & Furans ultra-trace validation) 200 g
Misc. 1 Bulk Density (on as-received material) 500 g
Opt. 1 Specific Surface Area (SSA measurement) 200 g
Opt. 2 PFAS/PEFAS Screening 200 g

Step 3B: Professional Bagging Guidelines

Standard Double-Bagging

Place your representative sample in a clean, heavy-duty, resealable zip-lock bag (max size 15x15 cm, minimum 4 mil thickness). Remove excess air, compact the material, and double-bag to eliminate moisture leakage or air ingress.

Bulk/Multi-Sample Bundling

If submitting multiple distinct samples in one consignment, pack each separately into individual labelled bags. Place them securely inside a single compacted outer parcel box so the bags do not shift, collide, or leak.

DDP Warning: When booking your courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), you MUST select the payment terms that bill all freight charges, custom duties, import clearance processing, and handling fees to the **Sender's Account** (DDP / Bill Duties and Taxes to Shipper). Do not select any option that bills receiver or third party.

4 Submit Your Sample Information Online

Connecting physical packages to digital metadata is required. Submit your sample information here after shipping.

Sample Submission Form

Important: Submitting your sample information online is strictly required. Without this verified data connection, we cannot validate, process, or accurately map your physical sample analysis results to your account dashboard.

5 Sample Analysis and Report Delivery

Once your sample is logged as received at our analytical laboratory facility:

  • Your physical sample will enter the testing queue immediately.
  • Our standard laboratory analysis and verification turnaround time is within 30 days after receiving your sample.
  • You will receive an immediate automated email notification the second your analysis report is finalized.
Sample Tracker

Track Your Sample: You can monitor the real-time queue status and testing timeline of your sample analysis online anytime through your Sample Analysis Status Tracker on your active client dashboard.

6 Analysis Report and Certification

The moment testing is concluded, your certified outputs are pushed live:

  • Log in to your account to access your interactive analytical reports.
  • Review and download your comprehensive, secure PDF analysis report directly.
  • Publish, export, or share verification records with buyers, registry providers, and carbon markets securely.
