This biochar has been tested and certified as Inertinite Biochar, meeting the highest standards of carbon stability.
It contains over 95% inertinite content (dry, ash-free basis) and qualifies for the
Inertinite Gold Certification.
Inertinite is the most stable form of organic carbon maceral in sedimentary rocks, on par with inorganic carbon minerals in its resilience
over geological time. As such, it ensures secure, long-term carbon storage¹.
