Build your samples
Tests sit in two routes: Route 1 · Express (our all-inclusive Inertinite Benchmark) and Route 2 · Build your own set (Packages A–G plus the individual add-on measurements, all chosen the same way).
Tap a card to add or remove it. Tap the card's image, or the eye icon, to open the full detail — what's measured, the method used, what you get back, and what it does not cover.
The bar at the bottom follows you as you scroll. It always shows how many tests you've picked, what they cost, and the button that adds this sample to your order. The number badges on each route show selections made in the route you're not currently looking at.
Nothing needs typing at this stage. Each sample is given its own tracking ID the moment you add it, and you can keep adding samples for as long as you like.

Review the order
Your order screen lists every sample with its tracking ID, its tests and its subtotal. Remove anything you've changed your mind about, or add another sample and repeat step 1 as many times as you need.
This is also where you choose how your samples reach the laboratory, when that choice applies to your order.

Name your samples, then check out
When the list is complete, one screen shows every sample as a row. Give each one a reference you'll recognise — a batch number, a kiln run, a site name, whatever you call it in-house. This is required for every sample.
Your reference travels with the sample: it appears on your order, on your invoice, and on the results we send back. It's how you match a report to the right jar, so make it meaningful rather than "Sample 1".
The notes field on each row is optional. Use it for anything our analysts should know before they open the container — production temperature, feedstock, known contamination, unusual moisture.
Once every row has a reference, check out. A confirmation window summarises the whole order before payment.
How the two routes fit together
Package A + Package B on their own are Inertinite Benchmark. They cover exactly the same analyses, so if those two are the only tests on a sample the builder switches them to Inertinite Benchmark when you add it — usually for less. You'll see a message when it happens.
Inertinite Benchmark runs on its own — but it isn't a dead end. It can't sit alongside other tests, so if you add anything on top the builder swaps it for Package A + Package B (the same analyses) and keeps your new test. From there you can carry on adding whatever you need.
Before you pay
Check your references carefully. Once payment completes the order is locked — references and test selections can't be edited afterwards, because the lab schedule and your sample labels are generated from them. If something is wrong after checkout, contact us rather than placing a second order.
After you order
Label each container with exactly the reference you typed here, character for character. That label is what we match against your order when your samples arrive.
Your order confirmation carries the details for sending samples in. If anything is unclear, get in touch before you ship.
A few tips
· Not sure where to start? Package A confirms the material is genuine biocarbon; adding Package B gives you the full interpretive report.
· Ordering several samples together keeps them as one batch, which is quicker than separate orders.
· Samples don't have to match — each one can have completely different tests.
