How It Works

• You can select the number of samples by adding multiple quantities to your basket.
• Proceed to checkout and complete the payment securely.
• After payment, you will receive an email with your Sample ID(s) and further shipping instructions.
• You can also browse the Products and Services section if you wish to purchase additional services.
• Shipping Options:
  - If you include shipping at checkout, you will receive a DHL shipping label.
  - If you want to use your own shipping, apply the discount code ishiptofusinite at checkout to remove shipping charges.

• Send approximately 200g of powdered/crushed biochar per sample.
• Use a resealable zip-lock bag (15x15 cm max size, 4 mil thickness).
• Label the bag clearly with your Sample ID (AAxxxxxx).
• Include the printed order form inside the box.
• Secure the DHL label or your own shipping label to the package.

Important: Submitting your sample information is required. Without it, we cannot validate or accurately process your sample analysis results.

• Your sample will enter the testing queue immediately.
• Our standard turnaround time is within 30 days after receiving your sample.
• You will receive an email notification when your sample report is ready.
